HELICAL BAR PRODUCTS
Helical bar, often referred to as helibar, is manufactured from high tensile stainless steel wire that is cold twisted and has a deep and continuous helix providing a high fin profile. This provides substantially more surface area than traditional rebar providing an excellent key for chemical bonding agents.

Helical reinforcement bar has a tensile strength that is twice that of normal stainless steel and has unique torsional elastic yield characteristics particularly when combined with thixotropic, cementitious grout which locks between the fins and bonds to the masonry.

Jahn repair mortars have been renowned for two typical properties, that they are mineral-based and are free from synthetic substances. In addition, all Jahn M-products are moisture, frost and salt resistant as well as being moisture and salt regulating. Moreover, the standard products can be adjusted so that their physical and mechanical properties, including structure and colour, match those on the object on which they are applied.
The products of Jahn International were developed in extreme climatic variations, so that the mortars can be applied worldwide without any problems in all climatic conditions.

COLOUR MATCHING
In the era of changing weather and environmental anomalies it is big challenge to preserve original colour of huge monuments and building which stands uncovered on the face of earth. The remedy is to match the colour of stones and brick and regain its originality. It is often the case that new masonry units do not match the colour of the original facade, leaving brick repairs with an unattractive appearance.
A small sample of the brick or stone being repaired is all that we need in order to adjust a repair mortar to closely match the original material. The technique of using silicate based tints to stain brick, stone, concrete, mortar joints and other masonry surfaces has been in existence and is a developed solution for colour matching process.
