Natural Stone Repairing Mortar

kAlx kP-1040 Natural Stone Repair Mortar is a purely mineral product, composed of natural hydraulic lime and is excellently suited for repairing, restoring and touching up of porous, lime-based natural stone elements.

Suitable for use on interior and exterior applications.

Kalx kP-1040 Natural Stone Repair Mortar was developed for the repair and restoration of porous, lime-based natural stone.  It is suitable for both internal and external applications.

Where there is high salt loading we recommend the use of Jahn M70 Natural Stone Repair Mortar.

  • High vapour diffusion
  • Salt, frost and moisture resistant
  • Moisture regulating
  • Can be spread to zero thickness
  • Supplied ready to use. Just add water.

This video demonstrates the helical bars being used to create deep brick beams to span a window opening. The stainless steel helical reinforcing bars are bonded with WHO-60 polymer modified grout into cut slots cut into masonry.
